Dear members of the PIONEER conference speakers committee,

My name is Yoshi Uchida, and I am writing as a member of the organising
committee for the Rencontres du Vietnam Flavour Physics Conference 2025
(https://indico.in2p3.fr/e/VietnamFlavour2025).

The conference will be held between 17 and 23 August at the ICISE in Quy
Nhon, and we would be delighted if a speaker from the PIONEER
Collaboration could join us -- please find our invitation text below.

We would be grateful if you could let us know within one month on the
prospects of our being able to welcome a speaker from your
collaboration.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions,

Yoshi

The Rencontres du Vietnam Flavour Physics Conference series spans Flavour Physics in all its forms, from Neutrinos and Charged Leptons to Quarks and the Dark Sector, Precision Measurements to CP Violation and Rare Decays, from colliders to dedicated small experiments, and the theoretical BSM studies that link all of these areas.

On behalf of the organising committee, we are writing to invite a representative of the PIONEER Collaboration to present your experiment's prospects and status in a plenary talk at this year's conference and to participate in discussions. It would be ideal if the speaker could also discuss the recent pion experiments which have preceded PIONEER. The 4th Vietnam Flavour Physics Conference (https://indico.in2p3.fr/e/VietnamFlavour2025) will be held at the ICISE in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, from August 17th to 23rd 2025.

Each broad subject area within flavour physics will be introduced by an expert overview speaker, where the general issues surrounding each topic will be introduced with such a talk.

The individual experiment and theory talks that follow are normally 20 minutes long, but participants' contributions will extend well beyond their talks through the discussion sessions. This will ultimately lead to a document which we will write together during the conference to summarise these discussions and the state of the field.

In addition to being a wonderful place to hold a conference, Quy Nhon, the venue and the accommodation are very family-friendly. Many participants are able to make use of their visit to enjoy the many delights that Vietnam has to offer, and the local organisers will be happy to help with arrangements.

Additionally, the conference is open to individual contributed-talk proposals from experimentalists as well as theorists, and we would be grateful if this could be advertised to your colleagues.

Best wishes,

Yoshi Uchida
