[Pioneer-public] PIONEER - Invitation to ICNFP 2025, 17 - 31 July, Crete, Greece

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite PIONEER Experiment to present talks and posters at
the

XIV International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (ICNFP 2025),

which will take place from 17 July to 31 July 2025 in the Orthodox Academy
of Crete (OAC), Kolymbari, Crete, Greece. 


The conference invites oral and poster presentations, which can be presented
physically at the conference venue on Crete or exceptionally online if not
possible otherwise. The physical participation is highly recommended.

The following presentations are invited from your Collaboration: 


*	One or two highlight talks on the results of your collaboration,
with a duration of 25+5 minutes.
*	Overview talks on key subjects from every working group on physics,
software, trigger/DAQ, and detectors, with a duration of 20+5 minutes, and
25+5 minutes in selected cases.
*	One or more talks on upgrades and future plans, including one review
of 25+5 minutes, and others with a duration of 20+5 or 15+5 minutes.
*	Topical oral presentations on specific topics that you would like to
propose, with a duration of 15+5 minutes, and 20+5 minutes in selected
cases.

We also encourage you to submit abstracts for poster presentations on
specific topics that you would like to propose. Poster presentations can be
published in the proceedings or the special issue of ICNFP2025 in the same
way as talks of 15+5 min. 

Abstract submission and registration: All speakers or poster presenters,
(including the invited speakers and lecturers), are expected to submit an
abstract to the conference. For the experimental highlight or overview talks
you can submit the abstract with only the title inside the main body of the
abstract.

The deadline for abstract submission is 1 May 2025. Should you require more
time, please let us know. 

You are welcome to submit your abstracts as soon as possible and before the
deadline, because abstracts will be examined on continuous basis and not
only after the deadline.

Topics: The conference will cover a wide range of topics with a special
emphasis on interdisciplinary research, including High Energy Particle
Physics, Heavy Ion Physics, Critical Phenomena, and Superconductivity,
Quantum Optics and Quantum Information, Cosmology, Astrophysics, Gravity,
Quantum Field Theory, String theory, and Mathematical Physics. While the
conference mainly focuses on these topics, presentations from different
disciplines are also welcome.

Proceedings: Papers from both oral and poster presentations will be
published in a proceedings volume and in a volume of selected publications.
The selected publications will be published in journals archived in the Web
of Science (WOS) with a quartile of Q2-3 in WOS, following peer review. We
will aim to use the same journals as in ICNFP 2024.

In addition to scientific sessions, the conference will also include
outreach events, public talks, and cultural events such as an Opera Gala
Event, a Sacred Music concert, a Soprano performance at the Synagogue of
Chania, a Cretan evening with live music and dancing, and excursions to
explore the medieval city and port of Chania, the Archaeological site of
Phestos, Gortyna, and Matala, and Cretan Monasteries.
