Subject: Upcoming ACOT meeting - Opportunity to meet with ACOT members
Members of the TRIUMF GAPS community,

At the upcoming virtual Advisory Committee on TRIUMF (ACOT) meeting on Nov 18-20, there are two opportunities for Graduate Students and Postdocs to directly interact with ACOT members.

First, there will be a virtual poster session on Nov. 19 from 10:45 am to 11:30 am that is open to everyone at TRIUMF.

Secondly, the ACOT members also would like to meet with graduate students and postdocs on Nov. 19 at 11:30 am to hear directly from you about your time at TRIUMF.
In order to organize this session, which will consist of several smaller breakout sessions, ACOT would like to know who intends to participate.

Therefore, I would like to ask those of you who are intending to attend this direct meeting with ACOT members to please register by Tuesday, November 16 using this link:

The Divisions are currently organizing the various poster contributions.  More site-wide announcement about the ACOT meeting will be coming shortly.

I would already like to thank those of you who will be presenting posters or talks during this upcoming ACOT meeting for their efforts and would encourage everyone else to participate in the sessions.
