[Triumf-linux-managers] new update script

A test version of the new script for updating Redhat and Fedora pc is
available at

/triumfcs/linux/redhat/triumf-up2date-yum

System managers are encouraged to test the new script.

If you have not update your kernel recently run

/triumfcs/linux/redhat/triumf-up2date-yum -k 

and reboot to get the latest kernel.
