[Triumf-linux-managers] extrema rpms

I have built i686 and x86_64 rpms of extrema-4.1.6 for rhel4/centos4/SL4.
They are available at: ftp://ftp.pet.ubc.ca/extrema

Extrema requires wxGTK-2.6.3 which is not part of the RHEL-4 base.  I
grabbed the source rpm for this from fedora-core-6 and rebuilt it. These
are also available.

To build the extrema rpms, I tweaked the spec file that is distributed in
the tarball.  This included running it through dos2unix.  The spec file 
that I used and the source rpm are also on the ftp site.

Thanks Joe for your great work on extrema.  As a long time user of opdata, 
plotdata and physica, I certainly appreciate having this available.
