Title:     New results from E949

Abstract: Brookhaven experiment E949 has continued the study of the rare decay K+ --> pi+ nu nubar. The branching ratio for this second-order weak transition is an important test of the Standard Model; deviations from the predicted branching ratio of 0.77 E(-10) could be indications of non-Standard Model physics. The analysis of the data taken in 2002 is now complete for the region of phase space above the K+ --> pi+ pi0 momentum peak. I will describe the data analysis and present new results for the K+ --> pi+ nu nubar branching ratio.
