Title: Magnetic moments of T=3/2 mirror nuclei and a new type of configuration mixing for drip line nuclei

Abstract: Recently magnetic moments of large isospin mirror pairs have been measured in A=9, 13 and 17. An analysis of the A=9 pair shows a large anomaly in the isoscalar part of the spin matrix element. It is known that the deviation of isoscalar moments are insensitive to exchange current and Delta hole excitation, but sensitive to the configuration mixing of second order mainly due to tensor force. However it was found that a usual configuration mixing does not reproduce the isoscalar moment. A new mechanism or new type of mixing is desired. Although other pairs appear to show normal moments, comparisons to the detailed theoretical calculations show similar deviation of moments.

The method of mirror moment analysis will be presented and a possible new mechanism will be discussed.
