[Videoconferencing] Replacement of display PC in the boardroom

The Asus mini PC in the boardroom, running CentOS 5 Linux, has been
replaced by a normal tower PC running Windows 10.

The phone interconnect box (allowing the speakerphone to be used for
echo cancellation) has been replaced by a Vortex echo canceller as in
most other rooms. The actual box is not yet disconnected; please leave
it set to "tel" (i.e. so the phone has dialtone).

The PC is connected to both the smaller NEC monitor and the Samsung TV.
The audio output is connected via the echo canceller to the speakers on
the NEC monitor.
For videoconferencing (eZuceSRN, Skype etc.) the NEC monitor should be
used. It must be on, and active, for the sound to work. If the Samsung
sound is used via HDMI, echo cancellation will not work properly and the
remote site may hear echo.

Login, as before, is via the nonprivileged account "video". It does not
require a password locally. eZuceSRN is set up as before with the same
account and saved password.

The system is currently connected to the odd-looking Logitech PTZ
camera. It is using the Shure table microphone, as in the other meeting
rooms; it is currently on the corner cupboard.

We intend to add other software as required, e.g. Vidyo.
I do not intend to install Flash since it is a security risk (Flash gets
about 2 security notices a week, on average, and allows drive-by
infections). HTML5 video (youtube etc.) works in Firefox.

Please do not use the system for extensive personal use (reading email
etc.). Since it is now running Windows, as a public machine it is at
risk from user-borne malware.

Please give feedback.
We intend to upgrade other meeting rooms in a similar fashion shortly.
