[Videoconferencing] LifeSize H323 in the boardroom

The LifeSize H323 conferencing system in the boardroom is currently
disconnected.

It had apparently been unilaterally dismantled by someone some months
ago, and no-one appeared to care. I suspect that it had received
occasional incoming "spam" calls, annoying people in local non-video
meetings.

It might make sense to relocate it to another room where it would be
more appreciated, as an HD replacement for the older 320-line Polycom
system.
Historically, H323 was what most people in industry understood by
"internet videoconferencing", and it still works point-to-point and as a
video connection to e.g. Vidyo.

Suggestions ? Theory ?
