Dear TRIUMF Community Member,



This is a gentle reminder of the call for submissions for projects that plan to seek TRIUMF support for the CFI IF27 proposals. TRIUMF is extending the deadline for submissions to November 15, 2025.



The TRIUMF Project Initiation Sheet (PRIS) should be submitted to projectmanagement at triumf.ca. The PRIS document is attached to this announcement. The Project Sponsor Name can be left blank at this stage of submission.



Note : Only projects that are unsuccessful in the IF25 competition will have an opportunity to submit their PRIS document or update any submitted one by December 5, 2025.



Described in the attachment is an outline of the TRIUMF evaluation process. The dates mentioned “tentative” are expected timeframes but might be revised based on the CFI process timeline.
