[Triumf-linux-managers] SL4: yum errors from openafs dependancies

The latest SL4 updates introduced a dependancy error between
linux kernel packages and openafs packages. This problem causes
failures of both manual and nightly yum updates. Since we do not use
openafs at triumf, simplest solution is to run

root# yum erase openafs
